50% advance to confirm dates and reserve the team exclusively for your wedding. 50% balance payable upon completion of the final event.

For events outside Hyderabad and Bangalore, the client shall arrange travel, food, and accommodation for the shoot crew.

We do not cover food and dining areas as guests may feel uncomfortable being filmed while eating. Only setups and ambience shots will be minimally covered.

Unlimited changes may be requested within 15 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period or additional rounds of edits will attract extra charges.

Online galleries remain active for 1 year from the date of delivery. Please download and back up your files before expiry.

Once data is handed over via HDDs, you become the sole custodian. Shutter Clicks will not retain or be responsible for client data thereafter.

In case of cancellation after advance payment and team scheduling, a 25% cancellation fee of the total order value will apply. Refunds (if any) processed within 90 days.

By booking Shutter Clicks, you grant us permission to feature select photos and films for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing). Not every wedding is featured — curation remains at the sole discretion of Shutter Clicks.

Once all photos and videos have been delivered, the project will be considered closed. Further requests cannot be accommodated.
