At Shutter Clicks, we believe wedding memories deserve time, care, and intention. Our delivery timelines are designed to balance excitement with quality, ensuring every photograph and film reflects the emotion, detail, and story of your wedding.

This page outlines clear, realistic delivery timelines and helps set expectations right from the start. These timelines apply to all wedding projects unless otherwise discussed.

Our Approach

• We work with defined delivery windows, not rushed deadlines
• Timelines include buffer to maintain consistency and quality
• Each deliverable goes through a curated, detail-oriented process
• We prioritise storytelling over speed

Delivery Timelines (From the Last Event Date)

Timelines begin after the final wedding event concludes.

Highlight Photos (Curated Set)

• Timeline: 3–4 weeks
• Carefully selected and fully edited highlights that capture the essence of your wedding

Raw Photos for Selection (For Albums/edits)

• Timeline: 4–6 weeks
• These are unedited images shared only for shortlisting purposes
• Clients can select favourites for albums or edits as per the package

Wedding Albums

• Timeline: 6–8 weeks after final photo selection is approved
• Album production begins only after layout approval
• Printing and finishing timelines vary based on album type

Cinematic Video Teaser

• Timeline: 6–8 weeks
• A cinematic, emotion-driven preview of your wedding story

Instagram Reels

• Timeline: 6–8 weeks
• Delivered as part of the overall video workflow
• Number and format depend on the package chosen

Wedding Film (Cinematic Feature Film)

• Timeline: 8–12 weeks
• A thoughtfully crafted film that focuses on storytelling, pacing, and emotional flow

Full-Length Traditional Video

• Timeline: 10–14 weeks
• Includes complete ceremony and key events, edited for continuity and clarity

Revisions & Feedback

• One round of reasonable revisions is included for films and album layouts
• Revision requests should be shared together to avoid delays
• Additional revision rounds may require extra time

Our goal is always to refine, not rush the final output.

Project Closure & Archival

• Once previews are shared, we request feedback within 7 days to proceed smoothly
• In the absence of feedback, the deliverables are assumed approved and moved to final delivery
• Projects with no communication for 30 days may be considered closed
• Requests made after extended gaps may require additional time or may not be feasible, depending on data availability

Timeline Applicability

All delivery timelines mentioned above begin after the final event date and once payments are cleared as per the agreed payment schedule.

This helps us ensure a smooth and uninterrupted post-production flow for every project.
