Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking & Payment

    • A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of the session.

    • Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or UPI.

    • Prices are fixed and non-negotiable. All fees are clearly outlined in the package details and must be agreed upon before booking.

  2. Session Details

    • Newborn sessions are typically scheduled within the first 14-20 days of birth to capture the newborn’s natural, sleepy state.

    • The session will take place at [studio/home/location], lasting for the specified amount of time , allowing time for feeding, changing, and soothing the baby.

  3. Health & Safety

    • The safety and well-being of your baby is our top priority. If the photographer feels that any pose or situation may compromise the baby’s safety, they will adjust accordingly.

    • Parents are required to inform the photographer of any health issues or sensitivities the baby may have before the session.

    • If the baby or a family member is unwell on the day of the session, please contact us to reschedule at no extra charge.

  4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

    • If you need to reschedule your session due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

    • In the event of illness, the session can be rescheduled at no extra cost. However, cancellations will result in the loss of the booking fee.

  5. Editing & Delivery

    • You will receive specified number of high-resolution, fully edited images as part of the package. Additional images may be purchased at an extra cost.

    • The photographer will select and edit the best images from the session. Unedited images in JPEG format will also be provided.

    • Final images will be delivered via an online gallery within 2 weeks after the session.

  6. Use of Images

    • By booking a session with Mayflower By Sonia, you agree to allow the photographer to use images from your session for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.), unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the session.

    • If you prefer your images to remain private, please inform us at the time of booking. There would be additional copyright charges for the same.

  7. Client Responsibilities

    • The client is responsible for ensuring that the baby is well-fed and rested before the session to have a seamless shoot.

    • Any special props, outfits, or family heirlooms the client would like to include in the session must be discussed beforehand.

    • All setups, color themes and props to be discussed and agreed upon at least 1 week before the shoot.

    • Clients are expected to arrive at the studio on time for their session. As there may be other shoots scheduled after your session, we are unable to extend the session time.
