Crew of 3 (4 for drone), travelling from Bangalore. Coverage per event is up to 8 hours on site. Shot list for key moments to be shared 48 hours before the event.
Return flight tickets from Bangalore for the full crew, booked in advance by the client. Travel to be confirmed and ticketed at least 3 weeks before the event.
Twin-sharing rooms at the venue or within 15 minutes of it, for the shoot duration plus arrival and departure nights. Local transport arranged by the client, or cab fares reimbursed where we book directly. Crew meals on shoot days provided by the client.
Visas, travel insurance and all crew expenses are borne by the client.
50% advance confirms the booking and blocks the dates. Balance 50% due before teaser delivery. Teaser, final films and photos are released on full payment. Prices exclusive of 18% GST; GST invoice provided.
One social media teaser within 48 hours of each event. Final deliverables within 7 working days via online gallery. One round of revisions included per deliverable. Raw footage and unedited photos available on request, transferred to your hard disk.
You get full rights to use the content for marketing: social media, website, pitch decks and print. No watermark. Crediting Shutter Clicks is appreciated but entirely optional. We may showcase the work in our portfolio; if a couple's NDA or your preference restricts this, tell us in writing before the event and we will honour it. Deliverables may not be resold or sublicensed without written consent.
Subject to local aviation rules, venue permissions and weather. Permissions are the client's responsibility; we assist with documentation. If drone flight is disallowed for reasons beyond our control, the difference between the drone and non-drone combo is adjusted or refunded.
Available per wedding with 2 or more events booked. Testimonial window is arranged by the planner with the couple or family; if unavailable on the day, guest and family reactions substitute. Build timelapses are static unattended camera setups; venue to permit placement during setup.
One free reschedule with 15+ days notice, subject to crew availability. Date changes beyond either party's control are treated as a free reschedule. On cancellation, the advance is non-refundable. Non-refundable travel costs already incurred are payable by the client.
